Mezzanine Cards: PMC, XMC and AMC
Quasi-standard for mezzanine cards in VME systems
PMC and XMC are the quasi-standard for mezzanine cards for VME systems. PMC and XMC modules from esd electronics extend the system by a bus interface (CAN, CAN FD, EtherCAT®, Ethernet) or an intelligent subsystem (e.g. XMC-CPU/2041). In addition we develop customer-specific PMC and XMC modules for any application. VME systems without PMC slot can be extended with the esd VME-PMC caddy and PC systems with the PCIe-XPIMC carrier.
